Lavrov: Russia is ready to guarantee safety of Ukrainian grain exports
Russia is ready to provide security guarantees for ships that are blocked in Ukrainian ports.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Tuesday that Russia “can’t rule out” a possible death penalty for two captured Americans who were fighting in Ukraine.
