OSCE detects newest Russian weapons in Donbas

The representatives of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the OSCE announced on Twitter that the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine recorded the newest Russian weapons systems in the territory of Donbas which is not under Ukraine’s control.

OSCE stated that these weapons are located in the Luhansk region.

"The newest Russian military equipment systems – the R-330Z Zhytel (Resident) automated jamming station and the Tirada-2 electronic warfare system were spotted by the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission near the village of Yuzhna Lomuvatka (60 km west of Luhansk) in Russia’s occupied territory of Donbas", reads the report.

According to the previous OSCE mission’s report published on March 19, on March 16, the short-range SMM drone discovered the automated jamming station R-330Z "Resident" mounted on a KamAZ-4310 vehicle as well as the electronic warfare system Tirada-2 near Yuzhna Lomuvatka.  

In March, the OSCE drone recorded 25 tanks and more than 50 weapons in the Luhansk area.
