Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed 15 heads of the Local Government Administrations. The decrees on their dismissal have been posted on the President’s website.

Russian Navy conducts firing drills in Baltic amid NATO exercise
A group of ships from Russia’s Baltic Fleet has entered the Baltic Sea to conduct an exercise, the Russian Defense Ministry reports.
The group includes the corvettes Boikiy and Stoikiy, the small missile vessels Serpukhov, Zeleny Dol, Liven and Passat, and the anti-submarine ship Alexin. They entered the Baltic in order to practice firing torpedoes, missiles and artillery against imaginary enemy ships and airborne targets.

President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky insists that all the chairmen of regional state administrations be dismissed, said his spokeswoman, Iuliia Mendel.

Ukrainian parliament simplifies citizenship application process for foreign military volunteers in Donbas
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has simplified the process to apply for a Ukrainian citizenship for foreigners and stateless persons who defended Ukraine’s territorial integrity and inviolability.
