Ukraine's Naftogaz: Gazprom stopped sending gas bills for the Donbas
Naftogaz of Ukraine claims that Russian Gazprom has stopped sending bills for the gas which is supplied to the territories of Donbas that are not under the Ukrainian government’s control.
