Ukrainian court seizes Yanukovych's floating restaurant in Mezhyhirya

The Pechersky District Court of Kyiv, at the request of the General Prosecutor’s Office, has seized floating crafts in Mezhyhirya which belong to Tantalit LLC. Moreover, the Court has ruled that former President Yanukovych should be detained in conjunction with the investigation of the illegal acquisition of property case against him. These judicial actions are available in the single register of court decisions, Interfax-Ukraine reports. According to the Court decision published on 1 February, the floating ship and all its interior decorations and décor have been confiscated.

Another decision related to the investigation of the illegal acquisition of the residence in Mezhyhirya, the court issued an order to bring Yanukovych to court and detain him as a preventive measure.

Earlier the court seized a residential house, a flat, two garages, two automobile storage areas in a semi-underground parking garage, and a brig (a sailing vessel with two masts) belonging to Viktor Yanukovych, as well as a collection of elite alcohol.
