Poroshenko: A ‘huge’ number of Russian troops are in Ukraine

The president of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, stated in an interview with CNN that a "huge" number of Russian troops are in the territory of Ukraine. According to him, this shows that Russia has crossed the line.

“If you had asked me about the theoretical possibility of Russia’s invasion and occupation of the Crimea in 2013, I would have said that it was impossible because there is a line that Putin would not cross. If you had asked me in January 2014 about the possibility that thousands of Russian servicemen would cross the eastern borders of Ukraine, I would have said that it was impossible. However, the world has completely changed and Russia has crossed the line. Now, a huge number of Russian troops are located in the territory of Ukraine,” the Ukrainian president concluded.
