Moreover, the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, at the Summit in Paris, which took place on Nov. 30, said that the decision to shoot down Russian Su-24 frontline bombers was taken in order to ensure the safety of oil supplies, extracted by ISIS militants. The President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, stated that he is ready to resign if the facts of purchasing oil by Ankara from ISIS militants are confirmed.
