Poroshenko: Ukraine has fulfilled 95 percent of the Minsk agreements
Ukraine has fulfilled almost all of its obligations with regard to the Minsk Agreements. This was said on the 11th of July by the country’s president, Petro Poroshenko, after a meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
