No Ukraine-NATO drills planned in Sea of Azov
Ukraine and NATO do not intend to hold joint exercises in the Sea of Azov, said Vadym Prystaiko, head of Ukraine’s NATO representation.
“Joint exercises or operations in the Sea of Azov will definitely be perceived by Russia as provocation. The Alliance does not plan to provoke Russia… We do not yet have plans to conduct exercises in the Sea of Azov with NATO,” he told Interfax-Ukraine in an interview.

American warplanes arrive in Ukraine to take part in Clear Sky military exercises
US Air Force F-15 and C-130 aircraft arrived in Ukraine to participate in the Clear Sky international exercises, the American Embassy in Ukraine reported on Twitter.
“United States Air Force F-15C Eagles and a C-130J Super Hercules planes have arrived in Ukraine to participate in Clear Sky 2018, a multinational military exercise focusing on promoting peace and security,” the statement reads.

During the holding of the international Sea Breeze 2018 military exercise in Ukraine, the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Hydrodevices completed the factory tests of the new “Yatran” radio-sonar system which is designed to detect enemy submarines.
