Over fourty civilians killed in a Russian bombing raid on a busy maketplace in the Syrian town of Ariha in the north-west Idlib province.The strikes came on a busy Sunday afternoon and were reported by the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.The Observatory believes cluster bombs were used in the raid launched in support of Syrian president Bashar Al Assad. According to Ukrainian military spokesman Andriy Lysenko, Ukraine could return its heavy weaponry to the frontlines if fighting with pro-Russian separatists escalates further. Ukrainian ceise-fire shaken.
As reported by a military spokesman Oleksandr Zavtonov, a Ukrainian soldier was killed by fire from Russia-backed separatists near the Donetsk airport on October 26.
It is the first reported Ukrainian military death since mid-October, as the fragile cease-fire negotiated in Minsk in February has generally held.
At the same time a separatists spokesman accused the Ukrainian military of launching an attack on the airport. Officials in Kyiv denied that claim.

Russian military to be permanently stationed in the Arctic.
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu told Russian news agencies on Thursday that a military unit will be permanently stationed in the Arctic by 2018. He said Russia is building several new bases in the Arctic as well as rebuilding six Soviet-era air bases there.
