According to Johannes Hahn, the Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy & Enlargement Negotiations, the EU does not want to interfere in the Normandy format, but it wants a larger role in resolving the humanitarian crisis in the Donbas, Evropeyskaya Pravda reported.
