The Spanish Defense Ministry agreed to deliver to Ukraine 10 Leopard 2A4 tanks and 20 M113 armored personnel vehicles, reported the newspaper Infodefensa, citing its own sources.

EU freezes 13.8 billion euros of Russian assets
Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine which started on February 24, the European Union has frozen 13.8 billion euros of Russian assets, said the European Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders.
