Several localities in the Donbas are without water
Several localities in the Donbas including Avdiivka and a part of Donetsk are without water due to ongoing fighting. As reported by Ukrayinska Pravda, the Donetsk filter station came under shelling.
According to information from Ukrainian servicemen, separatists fired in the direction of the station. Supporters of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic report that localities are without water due to fire from government troops.
In the last day, three Ukrainian servicemen have been injured in the Donbas. Kyiv accused separatists of using heavy weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements. In response, separatists have reported the death of civilians during fire from Ukraine’s army.
Since the armed conflict in the Donbas, about 10,000 people have died. The West accuses the Kremlin of supporting the so-called people’s republics; Moscow denies these accusations.
