Polish politician: Russia is behind the anti-Polish activities in Ukraine

Polish Law and Justice party leader Jarosław Kaczyński told tvn24 that Russia is most likely behind the recent anti-Polish activities in Ukraine.

Kaczyński was asked to comment on the information that Russia was behind the attack on the Consulate General of Poland in Lutsk, cases of desecration of Polish memorials in Ukraine, as well as the provocations near the Polish-Ukrainian border.

"It seems Russia is behind this. Lots of things indicate this. Ukrainians talk about this. The assumption that this is a Russian operation seems very likely. Both in Poland and Ukraine, the presence of a foreign state could be seen in the organizations that can carry out activities against Polish-Ukrainian relations," the Polish politician said.

Kaczyński also noted that he is inclined to treat all the listed incidents as connected.
