In Italy, an exhibition of Crimean wine was seized

At the international exhibition of wine in Verona, a collection of Crimean wines was seized, as reported by the head of the republic, Sergey Aksyonov.

 “At the exhibition a number of Crimean enterprises brought their products, but the Italian police yesterday, for unclear reasons, seized all of their products... Now the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is investigating,” said the Crimean head.

Aksenov promised to provide assistance and protection to Crimean manufacturers by all legal means.

The Asti Group, the organizers of the Russian exposition at the exhibition in Verona, confirmed the removal of Crimean wines from the main stand. “The Russian exhibition is working as normal, however,  Crimean and Sevastopol wines have been removed from the main stand on the basis of European law,” said the group’s representative, Narine Bagmanyan.

At the same time, the products of one of the Crimean producers, Alma Valley, were not removed from the exposition, reports Kommersant.
