Police in Kiev will receive English lessons, courtesy of the UK Embassy and other donors
A new project, Capital English, was launched to help police in Kiev learn English for free. The President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, stated that international peacekeepers are needed to ensure security in the Donbas.
