Three Russian mercenaries killed in airstrikes in Libya

The forces of the Government of National Accord of Libya conducted several airstrikes during the fighting for the city of El Aziziain in Libya.

Three Russian mercenaries and members of the Libyan National Army, commanded by Marshal Khalifa Haftar, were killed, reports The Libya Observer news agency. Details of the incident are not reported.

In April, the commander of the Libyan National Army, Marshal Khalifa Haftar, announced the beginning of an offensive operation on Tripoli. After several months, Libyan National Army is still fighting in the same area and didn’t make any progress to take over the capital.
