The US sends more weapons and equipment to Conoco oil field in Syria
New American military equipment and weapons arrived in Deir ez-Zor in the past few days, reports Deir Ezzor 24 network citing its sources.
According to Deir Ezzor 24 , military equipment, including radar systems, arrived at Conoco oil field, which has been used as the military base by the US forces in Syria. The radars were activated on Friday morning.
The forces of the US-led coalition have expanded their presence in Deir Ezzor. after Washington’s statement that the US troops will remain in Syria to protect the oil field. The US has been also deploying troops and equipment in other areas in the north and east of the country.
