US Congresses passes bill restricting the movement of Russian diplomats in the country

The US House of Representatives passed a bill that restricts the movement of Russian diplomats in the country.

The author of the initiative is the chairman of the United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Devin Nunes. It has been reported that 371 congressmen voted in favor of this bill, and 35 voted against it.

According to the bill, "Accredited diplomatic and consular personnel of the Russian Federation in the United States will not be allowed to travel further than 25 miles from where their mission is located during a calendar year quarter."

Exceptions must be approved by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

The bill also provides partial declassification of the reports on the work of the Guantanamo prison.
