Russia is building a large number of warships
Military shipbuilding enterprises in Russia are busy with orders that will run through to 2023. During a press briefing, the President of the United Shipbuilding Corporation said, "With regard to military shipbuilding, it's true that presently we are busy until 2021-2023. Most of our enterprises have never experienced such a load, not even during the Soviet era.”
"Presently, the number of years and projects that will comprise the load on each of the shipyards in the future varies greatly. Now we are starting to unify this process so that for at least five to six years we had a perfectly clear picture of the load for each of the shipyards, for each boat ramp," the USC President stated.
Recently, it was also reported that Russia began a large-scale military exercise in the Crimea.
