According to him, Kyiv also drew attention to attempts of the Russian Federation to circumvent the sanctions regime with the help of some European countries.
Earlier, Reuters reported that in circumvention of EU sanctions, Russia delivered turbines manufactured by the German company Siemens for power plants to the annexed Crimea.
It became known later that the Russian company Interautomatika AG is involved in the installation of gas turbines at CHP-plant in the Crimea. 45.7% of Interautomatika is owned by German partners.
