    A Russian trace in December’s cyber-attack against the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) was discovered by the German Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution.     Israeli satellites photographed the presence of Iskander tactical missiles at the Latakia airbase in Syria where the Russian military is based.
