Sixty tons of Polish apples were destroyed in Russia

In Russia, 60 tons of Polish apples were destroyed in a solid waste landfill, as reported on the website of Rosselkhoznadzor.

In particular, at the 33rd km of the Kievskoe highway, during the inspection of three cars that were coming from Belarus, 60 tons of apples were discovered. According to the report on Rosselkhoznadzor’s website, "the food prohibited from being imported into the territory of the Russian Federation was taken out of circulation and destroyed in accordance with the current law on the solid waste landfill in the Stupinsky District, in Moscow Oblast." 

Earlier, Belarus called Russia’s attitude to its food products biased.
