The Minister of Finance of Ukraine, Oleksandr Danylyuk, during an interview with journalists on the sidelines of the annual meeting of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), stated that Ukraine is still planning to issue Eurobonds under U.S. guarantees.
