Ukrainian President proposes to prohibit Russian Black Sea Fleet from staying in Crimea
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has submitted a bill on changing the country's constitution to the parliament. Japan reports passage of the ‘largest’ flotilla of Russian warships
