     Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed the law (bill No. 9355-5) that provides for the extension of a moratorium on the sale of agricultural land until January 1, 2020, as reported on the Verkhovna Rada's website ,

  • Kyiv: 11 assassination attempts on President Poroshenko were thwarted in 2018

    Chief of the Ukrainian State Security Administration Valeriy Heletey stated in an interview with Ukrainske Radio that in 2018, eleven assassination attempts on President Petro Poroshenko were thwarted. He did not specify any details.

    The President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko signed the decree enabling the Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the General Staff to purchase arms directly from foreign manufacturers, as reported on the President's website.
