Kuchma doubts that the OSCE police mission will be deployed in the Donbas
Ukraine's representative to the Trilateral Contact Group, Leonid Kuchma, doubts that it is possible to deploy an armed OSCE police mission in the Donbas, as he stated during a briefing in the Zakarpattia region.

OSCE: The situation in the Donbas has worsened
The number of bombings and shootings in the Donbas is now the highest since the beginning of the year, according to the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) of the OSCE.
“Last week the amount of ceasefire violations documented by the OSCE-SMM was 160% greater than what had been documented before. OSCE: Ceasefire violations in Luhansk have doubled
The observers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Special Monitoring Mission recorded a reduction in the number of shelling incidents in the Donetsk region and an increase in the Luhansk region, according to the Mission’s report published on the Organization’s website.
