• Latvia purchases American Stinger anti-aircraft systems

    The Latvian military has purchased American Stinger man-portable air-defense systems (MANPADS), as announced by Latvian Defense Minister Raimonds Bergmanis in an LTV broadcast, as reported by LETA.
