The Ukrainian Deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko, who was a part of the former Ukrainian delegation to PACE, said that the new delegation of Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada decided not to participate in the plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). Deputy marshal of Polish parliament banned entry to Russia
Russia has banned Malgorzata Gosiewska, Deputy Marshal of the Sejm of Poland, from entering the country.
Gosiewska learned this on Sunday, September 29, while crossing the Polish-Belarusian border, Polish Radio reports.
“Crossing my border took longer than usual. They also informed me that they are not happy with me and, more specifically, that I am banned from entering Russia. It’s not clear why Belarusian border guards informed me of this,” the deputy marshal explained.

8300 civilians killed by Russian air raids since the beginning of Syrian war
As a result of Russian air raids in Syria, which began four years ago, nearly 8,300 civilians have been killed, including about 2,000 children, the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported.

Part of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s directive to create an autonomous internet will include a Russian alternative to Wikipedia.
According to materials from Russia’s draft budget for 2020-2022, development of the National Interactive Encyclopedia Portal (OIEP) will begin in 2020 and will be financed by the federal treasury.
