Lithuanian President calls on Russia to implement Minsk agreements
Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda expressed support for Ukraine before the Normandy Four meeting.
Nausėda said that Lithuania continues to support the territorial integrity of Ukraine and calls on the Kremlin to implement the Minsk agreements.
