    The Head of the Center for Civil Liberties, Olexandra Matviychuk, reported that Russia continues to hold no less than 31 people behind bars after the release of Nadiya Savchenko.     At a joint press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsirpas said Western sanctions against Russia were unproductive.
