Delegation from Norway visits Crimea despite Ukraine's travel ban
On September 30th, a delegation from Norway without asking permission from Ukraine beforehand crossed the administrative border near the Crimea, reports Kryminform.
It is noted that the Norwegians intend to visit four cities on the peninsula. The itinerary will include a visit to the ICC Artek, Livadia Palace, Nikitsky Botanical Garden, the House-Museum Chekhov in Yalta and other cultural sites.
The visit is likely to last until October 6th.

Media: New Russian private military company may be behind killing of Russian journalists in Central Africa

Media: Russia willing to exchange Sentsov for Russians convicted in US
Russia is prepared to release the Ukrainian political prisoner Oleh Sentsov to mainland Ukraine. However, they will only do so if the US hands over two convicted Russians, Viktor Bout and Konstantin Yaroshenko, and releases Maria Butina, who was arrested in the US this summer, reported Novaya Gazeta with reference to an unidentified source supposedly connected to the relevant negotiations. Serbia and Russia to conduct joint military exercises amid Kosovo conflict
From October 1 to 5, Russian and Serbian military pilots will conduct exercises in Serbia as joint crews on MiG-29 fighters and Mi-8 helicopters, reported the press service of the Russian Defense Ministry.

Russia unveils its losses in Syrian war
During three years of military operations in Syria, Russia lost 112 people, stated the former Commander of the Russian Aerospace Forces and the chair of the Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security, Viktor Bondarev, reports Interfax.
