Ukraine: Militants in Donbas deliver military conscription notices to local residents
Conscription is underway in the separatist-controlled territories of the Donbas.
“Local residents 18 to 65 years of age received conscription notices requiring them to come to the so-called military commissariats,” the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense reports.
After being drafted, the residents undergo military training for two to four weeks in specialized training centers and shooting ranges belonging to the 1st and 2ndArmy Corps of Russian troops.

Serbia sentenced several of its citizens who were fighting for Russia in the Donbas, said Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin.
"We have discussed with Serbian friends the issue of Serbian mercenaries who were fighting in the Donbas for the separatists and openly and fundamentally for Russia.
