On Monday, February 13, Chief Special Prosecutor of Montenegro Milivoje Katnić appealed to Montenegro’s Parliament with a request to lift parliamentary immunity of the leaders of the pro-Russian opposition, the Democratic Front’s Andrija Mandiić and Milan Knežević.
