Russian oligarchs hire US lobbyists to protect themselves from sanctions
Russian billionaires Alexander Skorobogatko and Alexander Ponomarenko have hired professional lobbyists in the US after they were included in the US Department of Treasury’s “Kremlin list” this past January.
