    A large number of Iranian troops and representatives of the Shiite armed groups supporting Bashar Assad are detained in the Russian base in Khmeimim (Syria).     Saudi Arabia threatened to use military force against Qatar if Doha purchased Russian S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems, reported the French newspaper Le Monde.
