Roscosmos, the Russian state space corporation, is planning to launch a network of orbital satellites to remotely explore the surface of the earth.

Jim Bridenstine, head of the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), does not intend to go abroad any time soon, not even to Russia, his press secretary Megan Powers told TASS on Thursday.

Media: Russia signs contract to supply rocket engines to the USA
Russian company NPO Energomash signed a new contract to supply four RD-181 rocket engines to the American aerospace company Orbital ATK for its Antares rockets until 2021, reported the newspaper Kommersant on Tuesday, September 4.

Roskosmos (Russia’s state space agency) has confirmed the arrest of Viktor Kudryavtsev, a scientist from the Central Research Institute for Machine Building (TsNIIMash), Russian media reported on Sunday, July 22.
