Security Service of Ukraine didn't detain the driver of the vehicle who transported Buk missile system that was used to shoot down MH17 flight, reads the statement on the webpage of Ukrainian Intelligence Service.

Ukrainian Security Service classifies former DPR anti-air commander case
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has classified the criminal case against former Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) anti-air defense commander Vladimir Tsemakh, the SBU said in response to an inquiry from the Ukrainski Novyny News Agency.
Previously it was reported from the Unified Registry of Court Rulings that the Shevchenkivskiy District Court of Kyiv had chosen on June 28, 2019 to hold Tsemakh in pretrial detention.

Ukraine captures DPR anti-air commander in Snizhne near MH17 crash site
Ukrainian intelligence forces have captured Vladimir Tsemakh, a former air defense commander in the separatist-controlled city of Snizhne, which is close to where the Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 was shot down in 2014.

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe adopted a resolution that returns the right of the Russian Federation to vote at the meetings of the Assembly.
One hundred eighteen euro-deputies supported the decision, sixty-two deputies voted against, and ten abstained, said First Deputy Chairwoman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Iryna Herashchenko.
