Turchynov: Ukrainian missile tests proved their effectiveness and high precision

Ukrainian missiles are effective and high-precision weapons, as stated by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC), Oleksandr Turchynov, at the end of another stage of the missile testing.
