    Pope Francis has donated €5 million from a personal fund, in the framework of charitable assistance, to victims of the conflict in the Donbas.

    These funds will be added to the aid collected from all Roman Catholic churches of Europe and from the Greek-Catholic Church of Ukraine as per the initiative of the Pope, which was implemented on the 24th of April.     The European Union imposed anti-dumping duties on cold-rolled steel from Russia and China, the EU official journal reports. Tariffs for Russian manufacturers range between 18.7% and 36.1%.
