Russia blocks UN Security Council resolution on chemical attack in Syria

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan confirmed that Turkey will purchase Russian S-400 Triumph anti-aircraft missile systems, despite the new sanctions against the Russian Federation, RIA Novosti reports.
