    Russia’s State Duma has passed a bill on the second reading which prohibits soldiers from sharing sensitive information online.     After a visit to the NATO headquarters in Brussels, Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak said that he expects NATO ships to visit Ukrainian ports nearly every month in 2019.
