On June 10, 2019, the Permanent Court of Arbitration at The Hague will begin a hearing of Ukraine and Russia dispute over the rights in the Black Sea, the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait. This information has been published on the court’s website.

Sailors from three Black Sea Fleet ships filed a lawsuit in response to failure to pay of daily subsistence allowance for military operation participation in Syria, Kommersant newspaper reported, citing lawyer Alexander Fedorchenko.

Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alexander Grushko, told journalists that Russia has a negative perceptioinof NATO’s increasing activity in the Black Sea, and will take the necessary response measures, reports TASS.
