    Ukrainian deputies introduced a bill to the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Parliamnent) that would cancel the treaty between Russia and Ukraine on the joint use of the Azov Sea and the Kerch Strait.     Russian border guards detained a small fishing boat in the Sea of Azov with two fishermen who, according to the Russian authorities, did not have proper documents, Interfax reported, referencing a statement by Russia’s Federal Security Border Service for Krasnodar Krai.
