    The EU Council imposed sanctions against five organizers of the presidential election in the annexed Crimea, stated by President Petro Poroshenko on Facebook.

    US Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell criticized the Nord Stream 2 project during an interview with Funke Mediengruppe.
