Russian MoD: New Russian division along Ukrainian border will be fully formed in December
The new 150th Motorized Rifle Division in the Rostov region will be fully formed by December 2016. In addition, it will begin receiving arms and military equipment from October. This was reported by TASS, citing a source in the Russian Defense Ministry.

NATO declined Russia's proposal to always have the transponders turned on when flying over the Baltic region. This was reported by The Wall Street Journal, citing sources in the Alliance.
