Ukraine institutes martial law
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has introduced martial law in several regions of Ukraine. 276 of Ukrainian lawmakers supported the bill prepared by the Ukrainian President.
Martial law is introduced for 30 days from November 28 to December 27.

Russia bombs Syrian insurgents after alleged use of chlorine
Russian and the Syrian authorities accused the opponents of Syrian President Bashar-al Assad of shelling Aleppo with chemical munitions. Russian air force struck their positions in retaliation. Turchynov: Russia concentrating its military forces along Ukrainian borders
