Turkey will provide special assistance in the amount of tens of millions of dollars to the Armed forces of Ukraine, stated Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin at a meeting with Turkish colleague Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu in Odessa, UNN news agency reported. According to the Ukrainian Minister, they had a very good conversation on the security in the Black Sea region.

"Our Turkish friends will provide special assistance to our Armed Forces and it will be a serious help in the coming years. It is about serious amounts of money and directions, tens of millions of dollars,” Klimkin stressed. However, he refused to specify exactly what kind of assistance he was talking about.

"I am not going to talk about certain weapon systems or joint development agreements, but I believe that all our military and technical cooperation sectors, like their Turkish counterparts, should seek to achieve synergy,’ the Foreign Minister added.
