The Ukrainian Joint Forces Operation’s (JFO) press service reports that Ukrainian military detained a citizen of the Russian Federation in the Donbas conflict zone who was filming on his phone the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s positions.

Ukraine has filed a new petition with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) regarding Ukrainian political prisoners held in Russian prisons and in the annexed Crimea, reported Deputy Minister of Justice, ECHR Commissioner Ivan Leshchina on Facebook. “We have just filed a new inter-State complaint to the ECHR regarding the Kremlin’s Ukrainian political prisoners,” he said.

The Russian tanker Mechanic Pogodin was blocked on arrival to the port of Kherson, the Russia’s Commissioner for Human Rights, Tatyana Moskalkova told TASS news agency.
