Norwegian authorities reported the arrest of a Russian citizen on suspicion of illegal intelligence activities. The Norwegian news agency NTB reported on September 23 that the man was detained at Gardermoen Airport near the capital of Oslo on September 21. As Vakaru Ekspresas reports, Walmart, the world's largest network of stores will stop selling clothes with Soviet symbols at Lithuania’s request.

Lithuanian security services accuse online service Yandex.Taxi of transferring user data to Russia
The service Yandex.Taxi, working in Lithuania is transferring data to Russian IP-addresses, according to the National Center for Cybersecurity (NSCC) under the Ministry of Defense of Lithuania.
